Mae Taman Elephant Camp

Our bamboo rafts are double layered and stable and we supply life jackets, padded benches and hats for a comfortable rafting experience down Mae Taeng River. Oxcart transportation of the past is now revived for the holiday experience. Experience a touch of Lisu Hill-tribe lifestyle. Mae Taman Elephant Camp is next to Mae Taeng Elephant part, only a few minutes from resort.
Mae Taeng Elephent Park
MaeTaeng Elephant Park in the beautiful Mae Taman valley some 50 kilometers north of Chiangmai, but only a few minutes from our resort. Guest will watch the farmer and buffalo work together as a friend, while the elephant show off their skill, strength and dexterity in demonstration that will astound guest. Ride in ox cart pulled by rare lampoon oxen, through rural countryside. More adventure and excitement as experience a bamboo rafting trip on the peaceful but important Mae Taeng River. Guest will learn how to take care of elephants. Mahout’s course was wonderful and fulfilling experience during the day we participated in various tasks.
